This Return/Exchange Policy outlines the procedures for returning or exchanging faulty, damaged, or products not as described.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- We accept returns or exchanges for faulty, damaged, or products not as described.
- If you change your mind after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them and you elect to cancel your order, you must return the products to us at your cost unopened. All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Change of mind products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipments that are returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.

- Provide order details, including your order number, and a clear description of the issue with the product. Photos of fault/damage is required.
- If you are entitled to receive a refund due to faulty, damaged, or products not as described, you are entitled to refund of the price you paid for the Products and any standard delivery charges that you paid for them (which excludes the cost of any expedited or special delivery that you may have opted for). You will also be provided with a refund for any reasonable shipping charges you may incur by returning the faulty products to us (but may require you to provide proof of those costs).

- You will be responsible for the full cost of the Product(s) if they are lost or stolen during their return journey to us.
- Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue.
- If the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will process a refund or exchange as per your preference.
- If a Change of mind products has been used, opened, or are not in their original condition the refund will not be approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase only after the product has been received, inspected and approved.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost only after the product has been received, inspected and approved.
